The next day we went to see Vatican and tried to visit the Vatican Museum, but failed due to the longest line I have ever seen. So a very important tip, if you would like to visit Vatican Museum, you have to buy tickets online, because you skip the line. We decided to try our luck the following day. Because we waited too long, the tickects got sold out and we were waiting for 2 hours like people in this picture below. But you know what? It was worth it. The Sistine Chapel was breathtaking. I did not include the photos from inside the museum, bacause maybe some of you would like to see it live for the first time, but if you would like to check them out, write in the comments bellow and I will write a part 3.
Vatican City, officially the Vatican City State is a walled enclave within the city of Rome. With an area of approximately 44 hectares (110 acres), and a population of 842, it is the smallest internationally recognized independent state in the world by both area and population. Vatican was packed with people, so it was hard to get a good shot, but I tried my best.
We stumbled upon a market and they had some pretty awesome vintage stuff.
The best part about Rome is, that you just wander around the streets and they lead you from one square to another and they all have a fontana and a church and other architectural jewels. Vespas, caffees, pizza places and narrow streets everywhere. And the pizza trully was the best pizza I ever had.
